EDWARD HENRY BANACH.(CAPITAL REGION)

SHELBURNE, VT -- Edward Henry Banach, 71, of Longmeadow Drive, died Thursday, September 25, 1997 at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, VT. He was born October 8, 1926 in Buffalo the son of William and Stella Banach. Mr. Banach was raised and educated in Buffalo, graduating from Kensington High School, class of 1944. On May 9, 1953 he marries Dolores Farrell in Richmond Hills, NY. Ed served with the Navy as a corpsman from 1946-1948 and also during the Korean Conflict stationed at the St. Albans (NY) Naval Hospital. He was employed for 24 years at the Ford Motor Co., Buffalo plant, and later at the Mahwah NJ plant until its closing in 1980 when he retired and moved to …
